Rikki (she/her) is deeply passionate about empowering young people to build resilience, create positive social change, and find their voice.
With a background as a qualified youth worker, along with experience in workshop facilitation and support work, Rikki knows how to create safe, inclusive environments where young people feel heard, seen, and genuinely supported.
Before joining the PROJECT ROCKIT crew, she spent years volunteering as a youth movement leader and running all kinds of programs - so she's no stranger to guiding big convos, rallying a crowd, or navigating the wild world of group dynamics.
These experiences also inform her approach, helping her relate to and support young people through challenges with empathy, energy, and respect.
