SECONDARY SCHOOL WORKSHOPS
Dedicated workshops to support young people in secondary schools
You are not alone
Our secondary school workshops address the complex and nuanced challenges that young people face in today's rapidly evolving digital-centric world, from cyberbullying to identity issues and social pressures, PROJECT ROCKIT recognizes the critical need for comprehensive wellbeing education that young people actually relate to.
Each workshop is led by passionate presenters who are young people themselves and connect with students as leading peers, making the content relatable and engaging.
This 17+ year approach is proven to create transformative outcomes for teenagers, including enhanced empathy, increased resilience, and the development of essential life skills.
CONNECT
Yr 7-9 | 90min | Up to 250 students
CONNECT explores the positive potential of technology, upskilling students with online skills to build connected communities, support wellbeing and navigate harmful experiences.
The big idea: “Every choice you make online has an impact, so the impact you make is up to you."
RALLY
YR 7-9 | 90min | 25-250 students
RALLY empowers students to create a culture that challenges bullying, online and in person. Students are equipped with socially credible strategies to take action and unite together, instead of standing by.
The big idea: “Every single one of us can choose to be part of the solution when it comes to tackling bullying, even in the smallest and simplest ways.”
LEVEL UP
Yr 7-12 | 60min | 20-80 students
LEVEL UP elevates students with confidence and resilience to take positive action at school, in the community and wider world, through exploration of leadership values and decision-making.
The big idea: “You already have everything you need today to start making the positive change you want to see in the world.”

REWRITE
REWRITE is a powerful development opportunity for senior students to develop literacy and understand how they can take action on diversity, prejudice, discrimination and unconscious bias.
The big idea: “Each one of us has the potential to create real change in the world, by choosing to challenge prejudice everyday.”
"PROJECT ROCKIT IS IN TUNE WITH HOW CURRENT TEENAGERS THINK, ACT AND BEHAVE. I THINK IT WAS FOR THIS VERY REASON THAT STUDENTS REALLY LISTENED RATHER THAN TUNING OUT."
