At PROJECT ROCKIT, our team of young presenters is highly trained in group facilitation, but is not qualified or resourced to provide one-on-one support and advice. However, we can recommend the following resources.

headspace
headspace is Australia's National Mental Health Foundation, providing support for 12-25 year olds in the form of face-to-face, online and telephone counselling.

eSafety Commissioner
The Office of the eSafety Commissioner leads online safety education for the Australian Government and protects Australian children when they experience (cyber)bullying. Start the chat.

Lifeline Australia
Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

KidsHelpline
Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free (even from a mobile), confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.
Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via WebChat, phone or email anytime and for any reason.
